STEP ONE – APPOINTMENT AND CONSULTATION

GOODLUCK bespoke service operates on an in-person basis.

Please note that there isn't an immediate obligation to commission a garment when you enquire or book an appointment. However, appointments are encouraged to ensure our clients get a personalised service

On the day of consultation, we begin with a general inquiry to understand the client's requirement, lifestyle and preferences. This allows us to proffer a service tailored to their needs.

STEP THREE – FIRST FITTING

The first fitting takes place around 1-3 weeks following the initial measurements and cloth selection. This fitting is conducted on the shell of the garment that was commissioned

The first fitting is led by our master tailor.

Based on our master tailor's guidance on fit and proportions, required adjustments are highlighted on the garment.

Following this, the garment is returned to our workbench, where it is taken apart and the highlighted adjustments worked into the garment in readiness for the second fitting.
