RETURN POLICY

 CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS IF I DON'T LIKE THEM?
Yes, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving them for an exchange or store credit. All goods must be returned to us in the exact condition in which you received them, including all packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded. Before returning any items, please contact our service department at marketing@goodluckbespoke.com

The best quality control measures will be taking place in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition. However,  since your order is being shipped to you from as far as the Middle-East, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within ten (2) days of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hassle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).

All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

WILL I GET A FULL REFUND?
NO REFUNDS - Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a credit minus shipping charges. Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 14-day return policy from the date of receiving. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?
We’re sorry about that! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact marketing@goodluckbespoke.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item as well as your order number. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION:
The customer is in charge of returning the product. In the case of an effective return, both sides have to reverse their share in the state of receipt. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be exchanged. The customer has to pay the return costs.

HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
Please email us at marketing@goodluckbespoke.com with the purchaser’s full name and the names of the items you’d like to return. Items that are received as gifts are only eligible for an exchange or online credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged for the shipping, if applicable. We will receive the product back in its original, unused condition, exchange of the product with an item that has the same price value is possible. You can also visit our store located at GOODLUCK, Shop #98, Zone C, Gate Avenue, DIFC, to see the products in person for a quick exchange.

REPLACEMENT / DEFECTS:

We offer replacements on all damaged items during delivery or on arrival, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in.

Complaints and / or photos must be received within 24 hours of delivery.
